Who we are

What stays on your phone
Your calculations, saved records, notes, client names, business profile and logo are stored only on your phone. We do not run a server that receives them, and the app has no account or sign-in.
What you send
When you tap Send, Calcsend makes a PDF, Excel file, image or text on your phone and hands it to the app you choose (for example WhatsApp or email). What happens next is governed by that app.
Ads
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob for users aged 18 or over. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and approximate location to show and measure ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent first. You can turn off personalised ads in Profile › Personalised ads, and change ad privacy choices where shown. Users who say they are under 18 see no ads, and the ads SDK is not started.
Purchases
Pro is a one-time purchase handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details. To confirm a purchase we may send its Google Play purchase token to our verification service, which checks it with Google and stores the token and its status. No name or email is sent.
Age question
At first launch we ask your birth year to apply the right ad rules. Only the age group (under 18 or 18+) is kept, on your phone.
Permissions
Calcsend asks for no contacts, location, camera or microphone access. Choosing a logo uses Android's photo picker, which shares only the image you pick.
Backups
Android cloud backup is turned off for app data. You can make your own backup file from Profile › Back up saved records; it is a plain file you control.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws, you may ask about, correct or erase data relating to you. Because your data is on your phone, you can erase it yourself in Profile › Delete all my data, or by uninstalling the app. For anything else, write to the Grievance Officer below.
Children
Calcsend is a general tool and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date below and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
