This policy explains how Provantic Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us") handles personal information on this website and when you contact us. Each of our apps also has its own privacy policy that explains exactly what that app does with data:
1. Information we collect on this website
This website has no sign-up, no forms that store data, no analytics and no advertising. It does not set cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details to deliver them.
Our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs — IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type — for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify you.
2. When you contact us
If you email us, we receive the details you give us (for example your name, email address and message). We use them only to reply, to resolve your request or complaint, and to keep a record of it as the law requires. Email is handled by Google (Gmail).
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as hosting and email), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
4. How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet legal, tax and audit obligations, then delete it.
5. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to provantict@gmail.com. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Children
This website is not directed at children. Our apps show no ads to users under 18 and are described in their own policies.
7. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
