PixFit Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Effective date: 1 November 2026 · Version: 1.0

These terms are an agreement between you and Provantic Technologies Private Limited, Prestige Atlanta, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034, India ("we", "us"), about your use of the PixFit app. By using PixFit you agree to these terms and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What PixFit does

PixFit helps you resize, crop, compress and format photos, signatures and similar images on your phone, and lays out passport-style photos for printing. All processing happens on your device.

2. Not affiliated with any government or exam body

PixFit is an independent tool. It is not made by, affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government, ministry, passport office, embassy, consulate, exam conducting body, bank or recruitment board — including those whose names appear in its presets. Names are used only to describe the size rules a preset follows.

3. Presets are guidance — always check the official rules

Presets are based on requirements published by the relevant bodies or reported from them, and we review them periodically. Requirements change, sometimes every cycle, and some portals now capture photos live. Before you submit anything, check the latest official notice or website. We do not guarantee that a file made with PixFit will be accepted by any portal, office or embassy, and we are not responsible for rejected applications, missed deadlines or fees.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to use PixFit lawfully and only with images you have the right to use. You must not use it to:

  • create a false, forged or altered identity document, or misrepresent who you are;
  • process another person's photo or signature without their permission;
  • submit someone else's image as your own in any application;
  • break any law or anyone's rights.

You are responsible for the images you process and for what you do with the results.

5. Your content

Your photos and files belong to you. We never receive them, so we claim no rights over them. Because they are stored only on your phone, keep your own copies of anything important — we cannot recover deleted files.

6. Ads

PixFit is free. Adults may choose to allow ads from Google AdMob, as explained in the Privacy Policy; users under 18 see no ads. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for advertisers' products, websites or claims.

7. Premium extras (unlocked by rewarded ads)

  • Every core tool in PixFit is free. Some extras — HD export above 1,600 pixels, sharing as PDF, and a passport print sheet without the PixFit mark — are Premium.
  • Adults with ads on can unlock all Premium extras for 20 minutes by choosing to watch one short rewarded ad. Watching is always optional. If no ad can be loaded for an HD export or a PDF, that action is allowed once.
  • Users under 18 see no ads; Premium extras are free for them.
  • Nothing is sold in the app. A Premium pass has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and ends when its time runs out or when you use "Delete all my data".

8. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use PixFit on devices you own or control, for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent or reverse-engineer the app except as the law allows. PixFit includes open-source components and fonts licensed under their own terms, listed at Settings → Open-source licences.

9. Availability

We may update, change or stop parts of the app. We try to keep it working well but do not promise it will be error-free or available on every device.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PixFit is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a portal, office or embassy rejecting a file. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the previous 12 months (or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live under consumer protection law. Please contact us first — most problems can be solved quickly.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date and show the new version in the app. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app before it applies.

13. Contact and grievances

Email provantict@gmail.com. Grievance Officer: Premkumar R — we acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
